Warranty Options
We offer two warranty levels to suit different budgets and requirements. All projects include a basic 15-year warranty as standard. For added long-term protection, you can upgrade to our 20-year insurance-backed warranty through Alltimes Coatings.
This independent insurance-backed warranty protects against coating failure, peeling, or cracking for up to 20 years. To qualify for the 20-year insured warranty, we must follow strict manufacturer guidelines, including correct dry film thickness and detailed photographic records. The cost of the 20-year insurance-backed warranty is charged in addition to the coating works and will be clearly shown in your quotation.
Build your package
We are one of the only companies in the Uk that offers a full range of service that will see you exterior building fully refreshed start to finish.All services come with a basic 15 year warrenty to give you peace of mind. From paint and rust removal brand colour matching and full respray of your building feel.
Evaluation
Our process begins with an site evaluation. One of our experienced technicians will visit your building to assess the surface condition, measure the area, identify any access requirements, and understand your desired finish and timeline.
During this visit, we may carry out a small test sample on your actual surface so you can see the quality of preparation we achieve. This evaluation allows us to provide you with an accurate, detailed quote tailored specifically to your project — with no hidden surprises.
Laser Surface Preperation
All services include laser surface preparation to remove rust, old paint from your building surfaces using our advanced laser technology. This eco-friendly process vaporises contaminants without chemicals, dust, or damage to the underlying metal, brick, or stone to ensure that your top coat will remain for many years to come.
Bespoke colour Matching to your Brand
We offer a full bespoke colour matching service to perfectly match your brand colours or desired shade. No RAL colour no problem — we can match almost any colour, including corporate logos, Pantone references, or even a simple photo of your existing branding. Our expert team ensures an accurate match with your preferred sheen level (matt, satin, or gloss). This service costs a one-off fee of £100, which is fully credited back if you proceed with the full respray project.
Pick Your Paint pick your finish
We only use high-quality, premium DTM (Direct to Metal) and industrial-grade paints specifically chosen for long-term performance on commercial buildings. Our prices start from £36 per m², depending on the paint system and finish you choose.
These durable coatings are guaranteed to last for many years and offer excellent protection against weather, UV rays, and daily wear. Whether you prefer a modern matt finish, elegant satin, or a high-gloss shine, we can tailor the paint and sheen level to perfectly match your vision.
Specialised Coating Upgrades
Take your building protection to the next level with our optional upgrades: Fire-Rated coating (additional +£8 per m²) for enhanced fire safety, Antibacterial Shield ( additional+£6 per m²) for hygiene-sensitive environments, and Anti-Graffiti protection (additional+£8 per m²) for easy maintenance. All specialised upgrades are applied during the respray process and are fully included in our up to 20-year warranty.
Fair Prices
Once we have completed the site evaluation, colour matching, and chosen your paint system, we will provide a clear, detailed, and transparent quote tailored specifically to your project.
To secure your booking and cover the cost of materials and technicians, we kindly request a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work.
